Earning CLEARcash™

CLEARcash™ allows you to earn rewards for sharing your opinions each time you complete a qualified survey. The point value for each survey will be clearly stated in your survey invitation and reflected in the Rewards section of your myCLEARopinion™ account.

100 points = $1 USD
Points are redeemable as gift cards only (no cash option).
Example: 1,000 points = $10 USD gift card.

Redemption Calendar (based on points approved in the prior month)

Points approved in January → processed first week of February
Points approved in February → processed first week of March
Points approved in March → processed first week of April
Points approved in April → processed first week of May
Points approved in May → processed first week of June
Points approved in June → processed first week of July
Points approved in July → processed first week of August
Points approved in August → processed first week of September
Points approved in September → processed first week of October
Points approved in October → processed first week of November
Points approved in November → processed first week of December
Points approved in December → processed first week of January

Note: Rewards are processed monthly for the prior month’s approved points and may take 5–7 business days before gift cards are sent.

 

When points are paid

Points may be displayed as earned once you complete a survey. However, points are approved for payout only after the project closes and responses have completed final quality review.

This means:

  • If you earn points in February, but the project is still active on March 1, those points will not be included in February’s payout processing.
  • Once the project closes and your earned points are approved, they will be included in the next available monthly processing cycle.

Approval timing varies by project based on fieldwork schedules and closure dates.

Points are not guaranteed for payout until the project is closed and points are approved; earned points on active projects will carry over automatically.

 

Receiving Your Gift Card

Payments are issued by Virtual Rewards (Virtual Incentives) and sent to the email address registered with your account. The email will include a link to claim your gift card.

  • Gift card claim links expire after 6 months.
  • Once selected, most gift cards are valid for 1–3 months. Expired gift cards cannot be reissued or extended. Please check expiration dates carefully.

 

Current gift card options include:

  • Virtual MasterCard
  • Amazon.com (credited directly to your Amazon account)
  • Best Buy
  • CVS/pharmacy
  • Lowe’s® (minimum $10)
  • The Home Depot (minimum $10)

Virtual Rewards also offers a charity donation option if you wish to donate your rewards.
