myCLEARopinion™ is a research community where professionals and consumers share feedback on products, services, and industry trends. Responses are confidential and reported in aggregate.
How do I join?
Click “Join Now,” complete the registration profile, and confirm your membership through the email we send you.
Be sure to allow emails from: info@panel.myclearopinion.com
Who can join?
Individuals age 18+ who reside in the United States or U.S. Territories and have a valid email and mailing address.
Does it cost anything?
No. Membership is free and voluntary.
Surveys
How do I receive surveys?
We email invitations when a study matches your profile. You can also log in to check for available surveys.
Why don’t I qualify for every survey?
Most surveys include screening questions to ensure participants match specific study criteria.
Why did a survey close before I could complete it?
Surveys close once response quotas are met. We recommend responding promptly to invitations.
Why am I asked questions I already answered in my profile?
Some studies reconfirm information for accuracy within that specific project.
Account & Privacy
Can I update my information?
Yes. Log in and select “Update” to edit your profile at any time.
Will you sell my information?
No. We do not sell or share personal information. All reporting is aggregated.
Why am I not receiving emails?
Check Spam/Junk folders and add info@panel.myclearopinion.com to your safe senders list.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in, select “Update,” and choose “Unsubscribe.”
CLEARcash™ Rewards
How do I earn rewards?
You earn CLEARcash™ points when you qualify for and complete surveys.
When are points paid?
Points appear as earned after survey completion but are approved for payout only after the project closes and quality checks are complete. Approved points are processed monthly.
Do points expire?
Points do not expire while your account remains active. Gift cards and reward links do have expiration dates.
